S&G(ステッチandグルー)工法で作ったカヤック。奥の白く見えるのがシナベニヤで、手前はマリンプライムウッドという舟用?耐水ベニヤで作ったものです。
ベニヤとベニヤを銅線で縫い合わせて、、その後、エポキシパテで接着、その後、さらにガラスクロスとエポキシでFRP処理したものです。ですから一見、木の舟に見えますけど、実質は普通のFRPの舟と変わらなかったりします。でも、自分で作った木の舟??なのです。
設計図通りにベニヤのカットができれば、あとは縫えば形が決まりますから、意外と簡単にできます。
自分で設計しても、とりあえず浮かぶ物はできると思いますけど、満足のいく舟を設計するのはかなり難しいです。
実は、手前の舟はキットなんです。すでにカット済みで届きますから、始めてでも簡単にできます。
このキットは500ドルくらいだったと思います。輸送費が250ドルくらいだったかな!奥のシナベニヤは設計図は100ドルくらいで、ホームセンターの調達したベニヤなので、確か5〜6千円くらい。
あとは、ガラスクロスとエポキシ樹脂が必要になります。

いやいや、すばらしいですね。前回のバージョンでUSBが動かない!で止まっていたのですが、このバージョン、あっさりと動きました! 移植した方に感謝!!
LEDも銀座のネオン?のように輝くし、このへんの遊び心も好いですね。
興味ない人にはほとんど意味不明ばスナップショット!
